Learning Outcomes
On successful completion learners will have a better understanding and awareness of tracheostomy. During the practical sessions learners will have the opportunity to practise their day to day tasks so they can work with more confidence whilst reducing risk.
Certification
Delegates will be issued with certificates of attendance valid for a period of 2 years.
Classroom Scenario Competency Assessments
Tidal Training is now able to bridge the gap between directed learning and competency-based practice. As an addition to the course you select, we can deliver an addon session of simulated classroom-based scenarios to enhance your manual dexterity and build up your confidence as you start your competency journey. This practical session will supplement the directed training you have already had and prepare you better for competency-based assessment in the workplace. We will provide each delegate with a competency workbook which they can take back to their place of work following the course.
