This is a Level 1 and Level 2 course designed for healthcare professionals who may have to administer medication and need to either refresh their existing skills and/or wish to learn more about medication and administration.
Buccal training is specifically targeted at those working with individuals who are prescribed Buccal rescue medication.
Our Buccal course has now been updated in line with new guidelines set out by the following bodies:

Non-epileptic seizures (NES) or Dissociative seizures may look similar to epileptic seizures, but they are not caused by abnormal electrical activity in the brain. This course has been designed to help learners understand what non-epileptic seizures are, what causes them, how they are diagnosed, how they can be treated and how we can support a patient/client who has these seizures.
This Neurological Conditions Awareness Training is specifically designed to prepare healthcare professionals and support workers to provide appropriate and effective support to patients/clients with Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease or other neurological condition in their daily activities of living and help to improve their quality of life.
Our Spinal Injury training will enable learners to deliver effective and thorough support to patients/clients who have a spinal injury and have associated complications such as limited mobility and bowel management. The course is aimed at support workers with no experience of spinal injuries and can also be attended by nurses who may like to update their knowledge.
Our Bowel Care training will enable learners to deliver effective and thorough support to patients/clients who have difficulty managing their bowel habits due to immobility or illness. Bowel Care training is aimed at support workers with no experience of bowel care and can also be attended by nurses who may like to update their knowledge.
