Fire Awareness Training enables staff to react correctly following your organisations policies & procedures in the event of a fire emergency. We will look at the responsibility of everyone to reduce the risk of fire in the workplace and the course will give a clear understanding of fire procedures.

Course Content
- What is Fire Safety Awareness?
- Fire Procedures.
- What action to take on discovering a fire?
- How to raise the alarm.
- What to do when hearing a fire alarm.
- Who’s responsible for calling the emergency services?
- The location of extinguishers and escape routes.
- Dealing with disabled persons and evacuation procedures.
Learners will have a clear understanding of fire safety, theory and how to use a fire extinguisher in the workplace.
Course Assessment and Certification
Assessment: There is no formal assessment although the trainer will check understanding and involvement of all students throughout the duration of the course.
Certification: On successful completion of the course learners will receive a certificate of attendance which is valid for 12 months.
Onsite Training Locations
