Care Planning Training Assessment and Certification
There will be continuous tutor assessment, there is no final examination.
Those students who complete the course and are deemed to have reached the required standard will be awarded a certificate that is valid for 2 years.
1. Who is the Care Planning training course intended for?
This course is ideal for managers, team leaders, and senior staff in health and social care who are responsible for developing persom centred care plans. It is scheduled by organisations for their employees and is suitable for those working in care homes, supported living, domiciliary care, day services, or any other care setting.

Throughout the session, the tutor continuously observes and participates in the assessment process. No written exam is required. A two-year certificate will be granted upon successful completion.
