>Restore 2 is a comprehensive training programme designed primarily for healthcare professionals working in care homes, domiciliary care, or any setting where residents or patients require ongoing medical attention. The main goal is to enhance patient outcomes by promoting early detection and rapid response to potential health issues.

Key Outcomes

  • Better patient/client outcomes: Finding health problems early can stop serious problems from happening, lower the number of hospital stays, and raise the overall survival rate of patients.
  • Competence in Care Delivery: Staff who have been trained in Restore 2 are better able to give good care, making sure that residents and patients get the help they need when they need it.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Training in Restore 2 helps businesses meet healthcare regulatory standards by making sure that their employees are ready to handle emergencies and give good care.
  • Better Communication: The course focusses on structured communication techniques so that staff can clearly explain their concerns about a patient’s condition to the right healthcare professionals.
  • Risk Reduction: Organisations can lower the risk of serious health problems and avoid possible legal problems that come with delaying treatment by teaching their staff to spot early signs of deterioration.

We highly recommend that staff attending this course also complete Basic Clinical Observations training including NEWS2.  We can provide this training on the same day to minimise disruption.
